What are Cards?

Cards are used to provide a quick and easy way to browse through relevant information, in a format that is easy to update and keep current.

For example, a knowledge card for a specific procedure could list the steps to be taken or inform on certain policies.

What is a Wiki Collection?

A Wiki Collection is a type of collection that allows you to group multiple cards in order to enhance knowledge management and sharing. You can create a Wiki for a specific topic or purpose, and create subtopics in the form or cards to make it easier for you and your teammates to find the information you need.

For example, you can create a Wiki Collection for internal company policy and procedures and create cards that contain relevant information such as the work from home policy, where to log attendance and sick days, how to submit a request for vacation etc.. and share this collection with your team.

How do I create a Wiki Collection?

• Navigate to the Collections view on the Unleash Sidebar and click on “Wiki Collection”.
• Give your Wiki a title, and an optional description, emoji and tag.
• To share the Wiki with your workspace or groups and members, click “Share” on the top right side of the Wiki.
• Now you can start creating cards 🎉

How do I create Cards in Unleash?

• Navigate to the Cards page and hit the "Create Card" button in the top right corner of the cards page and save it to a specific Wiki or create a new Wiki Collection.
