In the Assistant page, on the left hand panel of Unleash, you have the ability to tailor the πŸ€–'s responses to suit your requirements:

  1. Display related questions from Slack channels: This toggle feature lets the bot display related questions and answers from specific Slack channels set as knowledge bases for the bot. So, if a question is asked in one channel and a related question was answered in another, the bot will display that answer. You can set a min of 1 answer and a max of 5.
  2. Response Emojis: The bot uses emojis to indicate its actions and responses to your questions on Slack Channels. πŸ‘€ - The bot is actively looking for answers to a valid question. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ - The bot couldn't find an answer to the question. This ensures transparency, so you are always aware of the bot's status and actions.
  3. Feedback Response: To provide even more clarity and context for why you find an answer incorrect when signaling the πŸ‘ŽπŸ½Β on the bots answer to your question in a Slack Channel, we have the "Reason" component. When you click the thumbs down icon, this optional feature will allow you to input specific reasons behind your negative feedback. Your input will help us better understand your needs and improve our responses. This feature is turned off by default.
  4. Expert Validation: To elevate the precision of responses delivered by the Unleash bot in your Slack channels, you can designate trusted channel experts to perform pre-validation of the bot's responses via the assistant feature. When a user poses a question in Slack, Unleash will first present the response solely to designated knowledge experts within the channel. These experts have the authority to approve or disapprove of the generated answer. Once validated, the response becomes visible to all members of the channel.
