****To have quick access to your most frequently used collections, you can pin them to your homepage.

As a workspace admin, you also have the ability to pin collections for other users on the workspace homepage or within specific tabs. This is a great way to highlight important information, such as links, procedures, and pending tasks, that are relevant to specific teams or individuals.

💡 Members who do not have access to specific collections will still be able to see them on the tab, but with a clear "No access" indication. If members wish to gain access to these collections, they can contact their respective workspace administrators.

💡 Any actions taken by the workspace administrator to pin or unpin items on the homepage or tabs will automatically affect all workspace members.

To pin a collection:

  1. Within a collection, click on the ellipsis menu and select "pin."
  2. Choose the tabs you want to pin this collection to.
  3. Pin it to the homepages.
