Efficiently access your frequently used collections by pinning them to your homepage. As a workspace admin, extend this convenience to others by pinning collections on the workspace homepage or within specific tabs. This is an excellent strategy for emphasizing crucial information such as links, procedures, and pending tasks relevant to specific teams or individuals.

<aside> 💡 Any actions taken by the workspace administrator to pin or unpin items on the homepage or tabs will automatically apply to all workspace members.

To pin a collection:

  1. Click on the ellipse menu located on the right-hand side of the tab.
  2. Choose to pin an existing collection or create a new post.

OR

  1. Within a collection, click on the ellipse menu and select "pin."
  2. Choose the tabs you want to pin this collection to.
  3. Pin it to the homepages.

<aside> 💡 Members without access to specific widgets will still see them on the tab, distinctly marked with a "No access" indication. If members wish to gain access, they can easily reach out to their respective workspace admins.
