The preview feature allows you to view the content of and share files in Unleash without having to open them.

Previewing Items

• Move your mouse over the file you want to view. If the file can be previewed, the preview icon (an eye symbol) will display on the right hand side of the resource
• Click the preview icon
• Use the buttons in the preview window to zoom in/out, scroll through pages or to open, download, share the resource or to copy the URL, add it to favorites or to a collection.

<aside> 💡 It's easy to tell whether a resource can be previewed – move your mouse over the icon of the file. If the icon changes to show an eye, you can preview the file.

Using the Side Preview

You can keep the preview window open on the side of the Unleash page to preview resources as you scroll through search results.

• Select an app filter or enter a search query
• The side preview icon will appear (a rectangular grid) on the top right hand corner of the search results. Click the icon to open the side preview.
• Scroll through your search results and the preview for the resource will be displayed in the side preview.
• Use the buttons in the preview window to scroll through pages or to open, download, share the resource or to copy the URL, add it to favorites or to a collection.
• If a resource does not have the preview option it will signal this with a “preview is not available” message when in the side preview.
