Boost the efficiency of your Slack conversation with the Unleash Bot for Slack.

A colleague is requesting a document, you want to send a draft to your boss or you need to find something to share with a channel? With the Unleash Bot for slack, you can quickly search, locate and share resources (including Go Links).

How to install the Unleash Bot for Slack:

• Go to settings and under App Upgrades, click Add to Slack.

Answering Questions in Slack:

You can easily assist a colleague by answering their question without having to respond personally. When a colleague poses a query, let the Answers Bot handle it.

• Just click on the "Answer" option in the actions menu for that question.
• The Answers Bot will extract knowledge from the sources connected to Unleash and provide you with the pertinent information.
• If the knowledge is accurate, you can click "Publish"; if it's irrelevant, you can discard it.

The bot will then provide an answer within the question thread, and the source of the knowledge will be displayed, with a clickable link for additional information.

How to DM the Unleash Bot and get answers in Slack:

From Slack click on Unleash and then click on message to get started.

• Direct message the Unleash bot with questions to receive instant answers from the resources you've synchronized with Unleash or type /ask followed by your question.
• From the answer, you will be able to identify the source of the information and other related resources pertaining to your query.
• You can also click on a resource to view it in more detail. Moreover, you have the option to provide feedback by giving a thumbs up or down, which assists us in improving the relevance of the answers we offer.
