In the Assistant Tab Groups, you have options to configure the data sources that the 🤖 can access to retrieve answers. Two essential data sources are:
1. Knowledge from Apps
Previous Wikis created in Unleash or Unleash automatically creates a dedicated Wiki when you add the 🤖 to a channel. This Wiki is shared with the channel members, allowing them to create knowledge cards from their Slack conversations and save them to Unleash. These cards enrich the knowledge base, making the information available to the channel whenever they ask the 🤖 a question.

2. Apps and Resource Types:
You can select specific apps and resource types that the 🤖 will search through to provide answers. Narrowing down the scope of filters enhances the quality of the responses, ensuring relevant information is delivered to users.
Take complete control over the app filters you've set as data sources for the bot. Narrow down your filter to a specific app resource.
Simply click on +Add App
Navigate to the " More Filters" section
Select "Specific Resource"
Perform a quick search for the exact resources you require.
Once saved, the bot will utilize these resources to provide you with responses in your designated workspace.
By effectively managing the data sources, you can optimize the Assistant's knowledge base, making it a valuable repository for your team's collective knowledge.
