You can create a Go Link - **go/zendesk/1️⃣ - to redirect to Zendesk ticket 1️⃣ or - go/Zendesk/**5️⃣ - to get to Zendesk ticket 5️⃣

The base URL of Zendesk tickets remains the same while the number changes to reflect each individual ticket.

***Eg: https://acme.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/10***

• Copy your URL and paste it into the destination URL input in the “Create Go Link” form.
• Replace the variables (in this case the ticket number) with this symbol {*}. You can add multiple variables, just add **/{*}**.
• This symbol goes where the changing variable in the Go Link will appear (in this case the ticket number **https://acme.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/{*}**)
• When you name the Go Link, make sure to put a “/” to include the variable. EG: go/zticket/
