Each wiki is accompanied by the option to activate the verification mechanism and define the verification policy. By enabling verification for a wiki, you allow the information within it to be verified as true. By default, verification policies are disabled for wikis.

When you enable the verification policy for a wiki that already has existing cards, the verification status of those cards will be set to "unverified."

Enabling the Verification Process

Only the Wiki Owner can enable the verification process. This is done by:

• Opening a wiki and clicking the Verification Badge in the top-right corner.
• Toggle on “Enable verification process for the wiki”.
• You can toggle this off at any time.

Disabling and Re-enabling the Verification Policy

• Optionally selecting workspace members or groups to also be added as a verifier.
• If a new verifier previously had no permissions for the wiki, appointing them as a verifier automatically gives them editor's permissions.
• Setting the verification interval period.
• Saving the changes
