The assistant draws information from two primary data sources that the assistant creator sets in order to answer questions on his behalf: Unleash's knowledge base, which includes wikis, and the knowledge stored within the apps you've connected to Unleash. As an editor, you have the ability to update these data sources.

Adding Wikis and Links:

Only wikis and links that have been shared with the creator can be added as a data source.

• If a creator previously had access to a wiki but their access level has since changed, resulting in their loss of access, the wiki will be removed from the page and no longer be used as a data source.
• If a creator previously had access to a link but their access level has since changed, resulting in their loss of access, the link will be disabled with an instruction message indicating the actions to be taken. The disabled link will not be used by the bot to answer questions.

Editing Links:

Editors can edit links that have been shared with them. If a link is not shared with them, they will not have editing capabilities and will encounter an error message indicating missing information and are advised to contact the assistant creator for further details. The editor will however be able to boost and remove the link.

Removing Wikis and Links:

Editors can remove wikis and links that have not been shared with them.
