When configuring your assistant, it draws information from two primary data sources: Unleash's knowledge base, which includes wikis, and the knowledge stored within the apps you've connected to Unleash.
Private Wikis and Links:
It's important to note that some information within these data sources may be private, meaning it hasn't been shared with the individuals or groups with whom you're sharing your assistant. In such cases, when adding a private knowledge source, an orange indicator will be displayed to signify that the linked app or wiki is private.
When you designate a private data source as a knowledge base for your assistant, it will utilize this information to respond to inquiries across various platforms such as channels, posts, and requests for proposals (RFPs). These responses will be visible to everyone with whom the respective platform is shared.
Disabled Links:
If the linked app or wiki is removed from the list of connected apps or wikis, the link will become disabled. To fully remove the source, you'll need to delete it by clicking on the "x" next to the source. However, you can always re-add the link at any time if needed.
