Increasing the effectiveness and convenience of your search, filters allow you to refine your search to specific parameters in order to receive more accurate results.

Refine your search to files created by colleague X in Google Drive or opportunities in Salesforce that are in the negotiation stage.

Accessing Filters

These features are only available from the search page or the launcher.

• The Semi-Colon ;
• Auto Complete

The Semi-Colon ;

• Hit the ; key to open a drop-down list of filters located below the search bar on the right-hand side
• Choose a filter from the list to narrow down your search
• If you want to add another filter, simply hit ; and choose the filter you wish to use from the drop-down list.
• Alternatively, you can select from the relevant additional filters that appear below the search bar based on your currently selected filter.
• Enter the title of the resource you're looking for, and we'll display the search results.
