This innovative functionality empowers users to effortlessly automate the RFP (Request for Proposal) file filling process 🔥

With this feature, users can simply import their RFP file into the Unleash platform, allowing it to automatically detect and retrieve answers to the questions within based on the KB you set as the source of truth 💪🏽. It's a breeze then to export the updated RFP file, ready to impress and expedite your proposal process 🎉.

How to get started:

1. Type the term “RFP” or “Fill RFP” into the search bar and click on the “Fill RFP” result.

   

2. You can upload XLS, XLSX file types only. Choose your RFP assistant to answer your form questions. If you do not select an RFP assistant, Unleash will use the existing links and knowledge within Unleash as a data source for answering the RFP’s questions.

   

3. We will provide automated predictions for both the question and answer columns.

   

4. The pre-filled inputs are interactive – simply click to edit them. When you modify the value within the input, the corresponding text displayed in the adjacent tag will dynamically update.

   

5. Click "Run Process," and upon completion, you can download your RFP. It will also provide a breakdown of the number of answered questions, identify questions without answers, and highlight answers that did not meet the criteria.

   

Important to note:

The RFP management system offers a structured and intuitive interface for your worksheets. Each worksheet is presented within a separate section, comprising the following components:

• Worksheet's name.
• "+ Add" button to insert new lines. This facilitates the seamless addition of another set of columns in order to capture additional columns of questions and answers from the worksheet.
• Question Column: Input field for the question content along with a badge displaying the column header from your file.
• Answer Column: Input field for the answer content with the corresponding column name badge.

Please note that each worksheet can contain multiple pairs of question and answer lines.

If a match isn't found for any question or answer, we'll still display them with empty input fields, allowing you to manually fill them as needed.

To start generating the RFP:

• To enable the action button and initiate the process, at least one worksheet section should be filled with matching questions and answers.
• Any unfilled questions or answers in a worksheet will be ignored.
