🪛 What is the RFP Assistant?

The RFP Assistant is a tool designed to streamline the process of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other inquiries by creating bots equipped with customized knowledge bases. These bots are capable of automating responses to RFPs, security questionnaires, and similar requests. The RFP bot identifies questions and attempts to answer them using data from connected sources configured by the administrator through the Unleash Assistant for RFPs. If relevant answers are found, the bot provides them to users.

You have the flexibility to create many RFP bots and the option to select the RFP bot of your choice when uploading an RFP or questionnaire, ensuring tailored and efficient response management.

🆕 How do I Get Started?

To begin using the RFP Assistant, start by creating a RFP bot from the assistant page in Unleash. Give your RFP bot a name and configure the data sources.

💫 How do I Set the Data Sources for the Bots Responses?

From the RFP bot’s page configure the data sources accessible to the bot. Two crucial data sources are:

1. Knowledge from Apps

This includes previous Wikis created within Unleash, whose knowledge and data will be utilized to answer relevant questions. If any card contains a file, the bot will scan and use the files to provide answers if they are pertinent to the question.

2. Apps and Resource Types:

You can specify the apps and resource types that the bot will search through to provide answers. Narrowing down the scope of filters enhances the quality of responses, ensuring relevant information is used to answer the forms questions.
